UK Terms of Service & Consulting Standards

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, requesting quotes, or engaging services provided by Kevron Consulting UK Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK legislation and statutory regulations.

2. Nature of Advisory Services

Kevron Consulting UK Limited provides health, safety, environmental, and risk management consulting services based on information and operational parameters supplied by the client. While our consultants act with professional skill and care aligned with UK statutory standards (HASAWA 1974, CDM 2015, ISO 45001), ultimate statutory duty-holder responsibilities remain with client directors and principal contractors under UK law.

3. Proposals, Invoicing & Payments

All consultancy proposals issued by Kevron Consulting UK Limited are valid for 30 calendar days from issue date unless otherwise stated. Invoicing is conducted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) with standard commercial payment terms of 30 days net from invoice date.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Client deliverables (e.g. customized Construction Phase Plans, company health and safety policies, risk matrices) become the client's property upon full settlement of associated fees. Proprietary methodologies, training materials, and audit toolkits remain the intellectual property of Kevron Consulting UK Limited and Kevron Group.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
