Shift Management Course
Research indicates that shift workers are often prone to stress and fatigue, and if not properly guided through a proper shift management program, an employee's health can deteriorate.
Our shift management training is intended to help employees manage their shift work and educate them on the risks associated with shift operations, including how these risks can be managed.
On completing the course, participants will be able to better manage his physical and emotional wellbeing and work-life balance.
