Refund Policy
At Kevron Group, we strive to ensure our clients and delegates receive the highest quality of service and training. However, we understand that circumstances may change, requiring a cancellation or refund request.
Course Registration & Payment
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation by the Delegate/Client
If you need to cancel your registration for a course, the following refund terms apply:
- More than 14 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
- Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to a future date or a colleague, subject to our approval.
Cancellation by Kevron Group
Kevron Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- Delegates will be notified as soon as possible.
- You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date at no additional cost.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us in writing via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable items
Administrative fees, materials already shipped, or consumed services are non-refundable.
