Cancellations made 14+ days before the start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future cohort. Cancellations 7–13 days out receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, we can transfer your booking to a colleague or future date at no extra charge.
Validity varies by certification body. qualifications have no expiry. IOSH certificates are valid for 3 years. Each course page shows the specific validity period for its certification.

Most courses allow one free resit attempt within 3 months. If a resit is not possible, you can re-enrol in the next available cohort at a reduced rate. Our pass rate across all programmes exceeds 94%.
