Journey Management Course
A journey management program is usually comprised of policies and procedures that generally outline safety guidelines and establish organisational roles and responsibilities, as well as a standardised journey planning process that is to be followed before, during, and after all trips. The outcome is a carefully planned journey that maximises safety.
By implementing a program that incorporates journey management, significant reductions in driving-related incidents can be achieved, which in turn reduces the probability of property damage, injury, and loss of life.
This course is designed to provide delegates with the information and tools required to build or enhance their own journey management program.
