Ghana Terms of Service & Digital Use
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or interacting with kevrongroup.com/gh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing on behalf of a mining corporation, civil contractor, or commercial entity, you confirm that you hold the legal authority to bind that organisation.
2. Nature of Interactive Scoping Tools
The interactive scoping tools provided on our service pages (e.g. Needs Selectors, Hazard Explorers, and Emergency Readiness Pathways) are exploratory engineering diagnostic aids. Their outputs represent a preliminary operational scope for review by our Principal Safety Consultants. They do not constitute an automatic certified audit or formal statutory approval under Minerals Commission L.I. 2182 until a physical site verification is conducted.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, course curricula, diagnostic frameworks, graphics, trademarks, and code architectures are the intellectual property of Kevron Group. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, scrape, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written authorisation.
4. Training Enrolment & Learner Conduct
Delegates enrolled in our construction safety or international qualifications must adhere to academic integrity standards. Submitting fraudulent assignments or impersonating learners during CBT examinations results in immediate expulsion and notification to relevant credentialing bodies (e.g. IOSH, OTHM).
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kevron Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital platform interruptions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
